The electrical subcontractor (Janish Electric Co., Industry, Texas) has been busy pulling a lot of wire!
Here we see the central electrical service box to handle the circuits in and around the
Garage area.

Not to be out done, the plumbing subcontractor (Rodney Schubert Plumbing, New Ulm, TX) has been busy working on
the rough plumbing for the water tank, softener, and secondary washer/dryer connections.

The exterior work on the Garage is nearly complete.
Looking down the back yard, we can see that a wide breezeway leads from the porch to the back door of the
Garage.
We will not have to worry about slogging through a wet lawn while hauling in the groceries.
There was no rain today, but this was an exception lately!

The remaining items for the exterior of the Garage are the main door, a side door for
the lawn/garden tractor, and installing the louvers onto the front and back surfaces of the cupola.
