These are the significant events in the construction of the Double Luck Garage during July, 2001.

Cement work

A cement pad has been placed at the entrance to the Garage, so that we can back out and turn easily. It will also be a nice place to wash cars and trucks!

Ramp for tractor

The tractor door can finally be used per design. A cement ramp has been poured to allow the tractor to be driven into its reserved parking space. All it needs a little gravel at the bottom of the ramp to ease the transition, and for someone (I am not mentioning any names) to move that lumber out of the way!

13 July, 2001

With the conversion of the construction financing into a regular mortgage, the construction process is officially complete. There is, of course, a "punch list" of items for the builder to complete or repair.
