As the completion date approaches, a lot of things are going on all at once.
The outside air conditioning units have been installed and the system is in operation.
This item was on the critical path for completion.
Before the wood floors can be finished, they need to be within a stable environment for at least 15 days.
This means, unfortunately, that the floors will not be complete when we arrive on 25 April.

The cabinet doors and drawer fronts have been completed and are being installed.
They still need to have the finish applied.

The installation of the water heater makes it clear that hot and cold running water is just a step away.
Note that it is a "water heater" and not a "hot water heater".
Why would you need to heat hot water?

The pedestal lavatory has been installed in the powder room.
I really like the oiled bronze faucet and handles!

The railings are installed to protect the stairway opening; the hand rail and banister for the stairs are to be
completed shortly.
The hand rails are the same cherry as used for the floors.
The spindles will be painted.
