On the first floor, porches totally surround the house.
The floor is designed in a circular plan; from any room, one can walk in either direction, eventually returning
to the same room.
From the entry hall, in clockwise order, we find the living room, the dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and
master suite.
A large window seat is planned for the living room; this window seat can be removed during the holiday season,
providing a perfect location for a Christmas Tree.
The master suite also contains a large window seat.
The open staircase in the living room leads to the second floor.
At the top of the stairs is a large open room consisting of areas designated as an office, studio, and library.
A guest bath is centrally located, and a guest bedroom is available on each end of the floor.
Both bedrooms contain an extra large window seat that doubles as a spare bed.
