The large living room is essentially divided into two parts. Near the stairs is a game area. The remainder of the room is a home theatre. The window seat in the front window is on rollers and is removable to make room for a Christmas Tree during the holiday season.

The space under the stairs is used for storage. At the back is a lighted cabinet for storing glass and crystal. The cabinets and drawers under the staircase are used for storing games and other items needed for the game area.
