The Double Luck is 7.510 acres of glory in the Piney Creek Subdivision near
Bellville, Texas in Austin County.
It is bounded on the east by the live creek from which the area gets its name.
The northern boundary is an unnamed seasonal creek.
(Maybe we can name it "Double Luck Creek"!)
On the west is the country paved Meadow Bend Road, ending in a cul de sac a short distance to the south.
The final boundary is the fence line we share with our nearest neighbor.
