Using the traditional "gold" shovel, we conduct the official ground breaking ceremonies for the
Double Luck Station!
In actuality, most of the foundation for the Station already exists.
A 15 by 50 foot slab was built on the property before we acquired it.

The foundation subcontractor (Pfeffer Concrete, Bellville, TX) begins building forms to extend the slab for
the Station.
All plumbing into the Station will be located within a two foot extension added to
the back wall.
