These are the significant events in the construction of the Double Luck Station during July 2001.

A small shed roof has been placed on the side wall to cover the compressor and gas tank for the beer machine. The new brewing equipment is on order and will be arriving any day. Hopefully, we will make the move to the big house before it does, because I will be sorely tempted to start brewing immediately!

13 July, 2001

With the conversion of the construction financing into a regular mortgage, the construction process is officially complete. There is, of course, a "punch list" of items for the builder to complete or repair.
