The kitchen is dedicated for Brewery use, except for those occasional interruptions
for BBQ and other important gatherings.
The Brewery is housed inside, while the platform is available for sampling and
general consumption as the passengers wait for their trains.
Ceiling fans keep the passengers cool during those hot Texas summers.
You know --- March through November.
A pot bellied stove is used to keep them warm on those rare occasions during the winter when a
blue norther comes rolling in.
There ain't nothin' between the North Pole and Amarillo 'cept a barbed wire fence, and anyways I hear'd that
got knocked down last month.
