I fought to achieve and maintain temperature control until I realized this. The system is just not well suited for mashing low volumes of grain, and there is a noticable drop in efficiency.Poor balance between malt and hops. This was caused by lower then expected OG, lower than expected FG (probably less dextrin production than expected), and high hop character from dry hops in the keg. Still not too bad for a first attempt at cask conditioning.ff@A?@ A @??Q?BpA?BP@Ն?+A/B@8A
