Part of this may be due to the change in grain milling, but a visual inspection of the crushed grains makes me think that the mill is set properly. I think the biggest problem is that the sparge is running too quickly. The actual runnings into the kettle stopped at 3.4B; a later reading of the liquid left in the lauter tun was 5.0B.
