No problems with recirculation or mash out. Took 22 minutes to raise to mash out temp; HLT started at 180F. Sparge runnings stopped at 2.8B.Added 1 tbsp potassium sorbate to secondary about 3 days before kegging to stabilize. Placed 1/2 gallon unfermented apple juice and 3 oz boysenberry essence into keg and topped off with fermented cider. The FG resulting from this mixture was not meassured.
