Brought up to 154F by HERMS. Took 18 minutes to reach mash-out (165F) even tho HLT at 195F! (Why?) Collected 12.5 gallons; sparge runnings stopped at 2.5B.This beer was pitched on the slurry left behind a previous batch (of Oktoberfest) which showed some yeast problems. This batch also has a lot of yeast in suspension. To make matters worse, I discovered that the a/c in the brewery has stopped working, and the fermentation temp has gotten as high as 86F. The prospect for this beer is not too promising.Beer coming out of fermenter is not severely damaged. We'll know more after it is conditioned.@0A? AA@?,@?BpAL AF?
