The Double Luck Brewery Recipe: Bounced Czech

One of the favorite beers of our brewmeister is a beer called Bad Czech produced by a defunct brew pub known as The Bank Draft Brewing Company in Houston, Texas. With the help of Jeff Humphreys, the original brewmeister at the Bank Draft, this recipe has been created in an attempt to clone this remarkable beer within the conditions at the Double Luck Brewery. Every brew house has unique characteristics; recipes seldom translate directly from one brewery to another. So this will continue to be an experiment until we get it right!
