Super Premium Fire Brewed Budmilloors Draught Lite is an attempt by our
brewmeister to duplicate the typical American "Pilsner style"
lager that is produced by the major breweries.
Also known as factory beer this refreshing beverage is made by passing the
Double Luck well water directly through our water softening and purifying system and into
the keg, where it is force carbonated and served icy cold.
It still has a little too much body, color, maltiness and hops to be a perfect clone, but the
brewmeister has vowed to keep working on it.
If you know of a way to dilute water, we would love to hear from you!
In Australian, they have a colorful, romantic, and poetic phrase used to describe this beer style.
They say it is like "making love in a canoe".
If you need help translating that into American, drop me an e-mail!

Recipe for 5 Gallons |
| Grain |
| Quantity | Description |
| 0.0 lbs | Do not use malt; it makes it too "filling"! |
| Hops |
| Quantity | Description | Alpha Acid | Boil time |
| 0.0 oz | Do not use hops; they give you that nasty
"bitter beer face"! |
| Yeast |
| Do not use yeast; they are alive, and you will just end up having to
Pasteurize! |
To duplicate the flavor of this style, it is necessary to filter the beer through the kidneys of a horse.
Now you know the real significance of those Clydesdales!
