Cerveza Chingaquedito con Chili is a tasty little beer, flavored with jalapeño
peppers.
Since most of the heat from the peppers comes from its seeds, we remove these so that the beer does not inherit
a lot of heat, only the pepper flavor.
Needless to say, this beer goes great with Mexican food!
Now, before someone panics over the name, let me assure you that
Cerveza Chingaquedito con Chili merely means "subtlely annoying beer with
pepper", and not that vulgar expression you were thinking!
After all, pepper flavors in beer are annoying, but due to the lack of heat, that flavor is very subtle in this
one.
Would you not agree that this is obviously the perfect name?
Our brewmeister was inspired to create this beer by a similar pepper beer
brewed by Scott DeWalt from Houston, Texas.
