Larry's Bristol Cream ale is a creamy smooth light ale.
It has nothing, of course, to do with sherry.
Why did you think it did?
The distinguishing characteristic of a cream ale is the silky smoothness it obtains from the addition of corn
as an adjunct.
Maize, the American Indian word for corn, is rolled into flakes and added to the mash to produce this brew.
