Peculiar Peculier is our brewmeister's attempt to
clone Theakston's Old
Peculier, a rich, old style ale.
And by the way, the word "peculier" is not misspelled.
This is an old Norman French word meaning "particular" rather than "odd".
Of course, the Double Luck brew is both peculiar and peculier, and thus comes by its name
naturally!
